The Abbey Catering Group Buffet Extravaganza
(minimum of 30 people)
1. The Abbey Buffet
The Abbey Buffet features western choice Roast Beef and a Virginia Baked Ham
carved at the buffet table. Accompanying these entrees is a brown gravy for the
the meat selection. Home-Style Mashed Potatoes, Penne Pasta in Creamy Alfredo Sauce,
Maple Glazed Baby Carrots, Green Beans Almandine, Home-Made Coleslaw,
Cranberry Sauce, Dinner Rolls and your choice of Caesar Salad or Seven-Green Salad
complete this delightful meal.
2. The Abbey Seafarer
The Seafarer Buffet consists of choice Western Roast Beef and Virginia Baked Ham
carved at the buffet table. Making the seafarer an extra special
treat is the Seafood Newburg with a
sherried Newburg sauce, accompanied
by delicate puff pastry shells. Also presented are Roasted Red Bliss
Potatoes, Wild Rice, Roasted Vegetables, Pasta Prima Vera, Coleslaw,
Dinner Rolls and your choice of
Caesar Salad or Seven-Green Salad.
3. The Traditional
The Traditional buffet consists of Roast Turkey and Virginia style Baked Ham carved
at the buffet table. A brown gravy accompanies the meat selection. This buffet is accompanied by
your choice of Caesar Salad or Seven-Green Salad, Home-Style Mashed Potatoes,
Baked Ziti with Marinara Sauce, Maple Glazed Baby Carrots, Cranberry Sauce
and Dinner Rolls.
4. The Country-Sider
The Country-Sider consists of Choice Western Roast Beef and Roast Turkey
carved at the buffet table and accompanied by a rich brown gravy. Home-Style
Mashed Potatoes, Traditional Stuffing, Baked Ziti with Marinara Sauce, Green
Beans Almandine, Cranberry Sauce, Caesar Salad or Seven-Green Salad and
Dinner Rolls complete this delicious
buffet.
5. Classic Carving
The Classic Carving option consists of VT Roast Turkey, Maple Baked Ham
and Marinated London Broil. This buffet also features Red Roasted Potatoes,
Seven-Green Salad withVinaigrette Dressing, Fresh Fruit Salad and a delicious
Sundried Tomato, Red Onion and Pasta Salad with Pesto Dressing. Baskets of
assorted Home-made Breads and Chef-created Honey Mustard, Herb
Garlic and Horseradish Spreads turn
this buffet into a feast!
